Mumbai’s satellite mega city, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, which has gained prominence with the recent Cabinet approval for a green-field world-class airport, is witnessing hectic construction activity with India’s biggest developers launching their showpiece projects in and around this mega city. Panvel - Navi Mumbai, the only Indian mega city to be featured on National Geographic Channel’s ‘Super Cities of the World’ series, is finally emerging out of the shadows.

Panvel, Navi Mumbai (and its fringes) is set to become a major education and IT hub, dotted with several universities and IT Parks. In addition, one of the biggest projects here is the upcoming Gulf Finance House Economic Development Zone - slated to house 140,000 residents, generating direct employment for 250,000 people and indirect employment for as many as 750,000.

Green County will be located approximately 25 minutes (driving time) from Panvel at a picturesque nature-scape off the proposed, under-construction State Highway 54.

With the proposed Sewri - Nhava Sheva Sea Link already approved and slated for completion by early 2014, the drive from South Bombay to Panvel will be substantially reduced!

With Mumbai and Pune both easily accessible, the location is ideal for a cosy residential haven, away from the bustling metropolis and its concrete jungles, in the midst of pristine natural surroundings.
